Depending on where you live, shipping fees may vary. If you are overseas, different rates will apply. Please contact us for international rates. The following rates are for domestic orders ONLY.

We do adjust shipping fees for multiple item purchases. Shipping is free for domestic orders over $50.00. Order cancellations are refundable, though purchaser forfeits shipping costs. Order cancellations made during order processing may result in part of your purchase price being retained to cover our costs. We are not responsible for damage to product once it leaves us.

All biscuits are made to order and usually sent out within 14 business days (we do not work on weekends). Chews take longer to prepare so please allow a few days for prep before they are sent out. If you have a larger order, please allow a bit longer. Holiday time is of course, very busy. Keep in mind we are a small bakery and do bake to order, so if we have a particularly busy week, your order may take a bit longer, but rest assured it will be prepared fresh.
